I need to restart this conversation since the Core GM Seasonic is no longer available, and I can only get Sesonic B12 BC 650 W from here.

Should I choose this option or skip it? Also, could the coil whine in that Chieftec be safe?
The Seasonic B12 or G12 GM are both of equal quality in these situations. In these specific cases, the very basic minimum I’d recommend is the same.
An article for you to read: https://www.thesundaily.my/archive/...we...ARCH461974
And please tell me, do you want to be another statistic, adding to that article?
I’m going to say it as I always do.
Never half-hearted about PSU or CPU cooling—they’re essential for your PC’s performance.
Still confused as to why people overlook this!
The basic idea is that if your PSU is weak or underpowered, it can cause other parts to fail.
For the sake of investing a bit more in a better or overkill PSU, you might save money later.
I always aim to keep my CPU as cool as possible; a smaller form factor can be tricky...
So I’m not completely convinced with my 280mm NZXT x63 on the 7800x3d inside the Jonsbo D31 case, but if it reached 95°C I’d have abandoned the idea and gone back to the 420mm in the Ceres 500 case!
For most gamers, FPS matters the most. PSU is just a box to cheap out on, in favor of beefier GPU and in turn - more FPS. Then, there are those out there who want unicorn puke in their PC, thinking that (A)RGB LEDs give more FPS. I've seen plenty of fishbowl PCs with terrible thermals but as long as it is good to look at, who cares, right.
Most often that not, people take notice of PSU after it has killed their hardware. And even then, they are reluctant to spend extra 50 bucks on solid PSU over cheap PSU, despite them running easy 500+ bucks GPU in there.
As i see it, anyone who has money to buy 500+ bucks GPU, also has money to buy proper PSU. There is no excuse why to cheap out on PSU.

All right , all right i get it
although my GPU isn't 500+ usd it would still be nasty to lose a pc over atrocious psu failure, will get that Seasonic as soon as i can , i'am asking again because i don't want to replace junk with another junk. Besides i'am a rather poor pc gamer, i build my pc buying part after part few month apart sometimes.
