I used CPUz for measurement. Checking other apps like Hwinfo, Hwmonitor, and AIDA64 shows similar data. The system seems to be functioning properly.

Adjust the core voltage to 1.30v as specified in the AI tweaker settings. Test the performance in Windows—this should noticeably boost temperatures. Another potential fix is installing a contact frame, which can raise temps by up to 10°C on certain boards. The thermal solution is straightforward to install. Results may differ depending on the socket, likely because of manufacturing variations. I’d recommend checking if lowering the voltage resolves the problem before investing in a contact frame.

Reviewed cpuz, hwinfo, and asus armoury crate; cpuz displayed ~1.36V while others showed speed spikes across all cores simultaneously.
