I plan to reinstall a brand new Windows version on my 1TB SSD, which I already know functions properly. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I’ll test each 8GB RAM stick to determine if the problem lies with the storage device. Updates will follow.

on this forum some users mention that changing back to version 10 resolves the issue. I haven't tested it myself, but if you're setting up a fresh installation, perhaps trying version 10 could help.

I'm still using Windows 10, honestly, I never upgraded.

Restarting with new drives didn’t resolve the issue, inspecting each RAM module now.

Nevertheless, after restarting the system and installing a new SSD, Rust will at least start, though it remains slow during launch and does not run smoothly at standard frame rates.
