I’ll try it when I’m back from work today. I can send it back to the SI, but that would be a lot of effort, and there’s no certainty the replacement system won’t have the same problem or worse. It happens rarely now, and for such a brief time I’m unsure about sending it back just to get a broken replacement. EXPO is active – should I turn it off as a test? I ran a memtest and everything came back clean.

Reliability History/Monitor and Process Explorer could aid in identifying possible causes.
I think there might be an application or tool operating quietly in the background, trying to update, save data, or connect to the network, consuming system resources during these actions. A failed attempt could leave behind error codes, warnings, or informational messages in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.
Yes: proceed with testing, but remain cautious and modify one element at a time. Stay organized by taking notes. Also, make sure all critical information is saved backups at least twice to separate locations away from the affected system. Check that these backups can be restored easily.

Fortunately, I don’t have any important documents, so there’s no concern on that side. I’ve been looking at Event Viewer and it isn’t showing any odd errors—there’s one I’ll mention when I get home because I can’t recall it right away. I’ll also try the WPR. Thanks again for your assistance!

Performing a clean boot will remove most applications from the PC, which may resolve the problem.
A clean boot turns off all services outside the OS's needs. If you continue experiencing stuttering even with just the game running after the clean boot, you can rule out any programs that aren't open as the cause.

Alright, I've moved the two USB items I had in the back of my PC from the two red ports to the two blue to see if that changes anything as I've seen some posts that it cause issues (lol). Also running WPR in the background for the day's session.

Observing two errors in Event Viewer: Cryptographic Services failed during OnIdentity() processing in the System Writer Object, and the Session "PerfDiag Logger" terminated due to error 0xC0000188. No crash occurred, so it's unclear if these issues are significant despite Event Viewer's tendency to report problems. Additional notice: The server {xxx} did not register with DCOM within the allowed time limit. Edit2: The DCOM timeout appears to indicate a Windows Overlay failure, likely because Gamebar was disabled.

It's interesting to observe a minor issue while relocating a desktop shortcut, suggesting the problem isn't limited to the game itself. I'm still unsure of its significance, but it's definitely something worth noting.

I observed an unusual issue with AMD replay. During alt-tabbing between the game and another program, I recorded the session to detect any anomalies. In the recording, strange glitches appeared but were absent on my monitors:

I also included a screenshot of HWinfo64 for reference:

Your RAM usage is at 40-50% because you're running games that require moderate memory, which is typical for your current setup. This indicates the system is efficiently managing resources without overloading.
