Hello! I've just recently got my new pre-built from Andromeda Insights and I've been dealing with hitching issues in the few games I've played, some more obvious than others. Here is an example of the hitching in Megabonk. I've also seen smaller stutters in Torchlight: Infinite, Necesse and Minecraft so it seems like it's any game.
View: https://youtu.be/zJ9394F5Yr8
Running Win11 24h2
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
CPU Cooler: GAMDIAS AURA GL360 V2
Motherboard: MSI B650 GAMING PLUS WIFI
RAM: TEAMGROUP T-FORCE DELTA 32GB 6000MT/s
SSD: SILICON POWER UD90 2TB
GPU: ASRock RX 9070XT STEEL LEGEND
PSU: GAMDIAS HELIOS P2-850G ATX 3.1
Case: LIAN LI VECTOR V100 ARGB (BLACK)
GPU Drivers are 25.4.1 - I was originally on 25.9.1 but downgrading helped the hitching issue.
Latest bios & chipset drivers.
iGPU is disabled
I am using two monitors - a Samsung PC monitor and a Vizio smart TV as the secondary.
Bluetooth + LAN is disabled in Device Manager.
EXPO enabled and the optimization thread found on reddit was followed.
Temps are fine, hotspot of CPU of 78c only when creating or loading a Minecraft world. I'll be testing with HAGS off tomorrow, but any other suggestions would be welcome.

Check system performance using Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer while gaming. Keep all three open but use only one at a time. Observe any changes during stutters or hitches. Adjust the troubleshooting view as needed to monitor issues. Graphical displays might be most helpful if you notice spikes or other resource changes.

Edit: This seems to occur when in a loading screen so nothing out of the ordinary. Still trying to catch a hitch on TM.
I believe I caught a hitch on Task Manager - kind of hard to tell as it was super quick, but there's an unusual dip showing here that makes me weirded out:

Do these spikes in disk usage seem typical? I haven't closely tracked task manager before, so I wasn't aware of these issues on my older system:

The disk spikes appear typical as well, occurring even without stuttering. I observed a stutter in Megabonk with both the task manager and Resource Monitor, though no significant issues were detected. I believe updating my WiFi drivers is necessary, but I'm unsure whether the Realtek or AMD drivers from the MSI MoBo list are correct.

Damn! That’s a really bad hitch there. Try shutting down all background apps when you run the game to see if it fixes the problem. Turn off any overlays as well. Also, check this thread for possible solutions.

No overlays will be used. Discord remains accessible most of the time, so I'll attempt to use it without overlays to see if it improves things. The stuttering in the video has stopped after updating my driver version; the new ones are significantly shorter and less frequent, though it still occurs.

if all fails, then you can use the windows performance recorder, which captures everything and stores it in a log file that can be analyzed with the windows performance analyzer tool

Run DDU to clear the present graphics driver, then set up the newest version from AMD. There might have been an issue during the installation.

I'm unsure about updating drivers because the problems were worse with the newest version than with the ones I currently use. After downgrading, I installed DDU. For the WPR, will it function on a Win11 system even though it appears to be for 10? I turned off Hardware Acceleration in Discord, but I still encountered a minor issue. I'm struggling to figure this out since the problems are now so fast and rare.
