Is your system using XMP profiles?
Are you adjusting the clock speed yourself?

I haven’t adjusted XMP settings or performed any manual overclocking. To be honest, I haven’t touched anything performance-related on this machine.

I will review this tomorrow for you. I needed to search for information about XMP, so if it isn’t something that requires manual effort, I’ll also verify whether my system is actually using it.

Usually, if you assembled the system yourself, you should enable XMP in the BIOS and it will automatically detect the optimal stable frequency for your RAM. According to the Gigabyte website, your RAM runs natively at 4800mhz but can reach up to 6400 under XMP. If it were my setup, I would upgrade the BIOS and then activate XMP to check the results. But each BIOS update carries a risk, so keep that in mind.

I disagree with the XMP suggestion. For troubleshooting, it makes more sense to keep the RAM at standard (JEDEC) settings. Activating XMP only introduces another factor affecting stability.
OP: There are reports of RTX4090s experiencing overcurrent spikes that can overload the PSU and raise the OPP safety threshold. This could point to a GPU problem—especially after you’ve checked all other items on your list. The “minor artifacting in my browser” seems concerning.
From
MSI: “…a 450W RTX 4090 can have a transient spike of up to 1350W”
EDIT: I’d also run Memtest86 overnight. It’s more thorough than Windows Memory Diagnostic.

I understand. Perhaps my XMP comment won't be effective right away.
