It seems you tried to fix the board by removing the battery, but it didn’t work. Unfortunately, there aren’t many options left now. Wishing you good luck and hoping your board arrives soon!

Did you switch off the power supply when taking out the CMOS battery? Typically around 5 minutes and it’s complete...
