I'm the same, it's terrible I don't even submit tickets. If my internet fails, I just wait it out—it usually gets better soon. Last time I tried a ticket, things improved for a week before I faced a whole month of poor connectivity, so I learned a lesson... Don't call CS.
If your words match reality, why do you rely on three vendors and change providers often? Or perhaps share the genuine story, whichever you prefer.
OP didn’t say whether his account was banned—probably not, I think—and now he’s furious because he thought he could just play another game! Now he can’t log in at all due to an IP ban. For someone who dislikes cheaters, this feels like a terrible punishment, and it doesn’t have internet.
