I requested a removal of the Fortnite ban. I received a device and an account suspension. They claimed they can't lift the PC ban. Is that accurate?

Absolutely correct. People are claiming they don’t want to unban, implying they can still do it physically. You’re currently banned, but it’s fine to be a cheater. Try to avoid getting caught more often. Many successful individuals engage in some form of cheating, just more skillfully.
It doesn't seem logical anymore, does it? In theory, you should be able to switch providers without delaying too much—within seconds at most. If that’s the case, please share proof of this capability, such as setup documents. If you can’t provide it, then it’s time to choose a reliable provider for the long run instead of keeping testing until you find one that works.
