Buildcraft is triggering the issue. Using applied energistics would be a better option. It was one of my favorites before. Applied energistics handles many things more effectively. I accidentally corrupted a section of my world where my house was located, which ruined the game save I saved. It looks like the problem isn’t a block ID conflict.
