I’ve tried all common fixes—updating drivers, adjusting game settings, cleaning storage, reviewing background tasks—but nothing seems to work. My 4070 TI is due soon, but I’m worried it won’t resolve the problem. If anyone has faced this or knows a workaround, please share. I need the FPS to stay steady and above my monitor’s refresh rate (180Hz) for competitive play.

I don't have a specific resolution preference, but I can work with various formats. What's your preferred resolution?

I usually use 1440x2560, but after considering it, I thought switching to 1080 might help. However, there didn’t seem to be a big improvement.

Checking if graphics settings are slightly adjusted can make a difference. Enabling resizable bar for GPU when available may improve performance.

Performing a fresh Windows 11 setup using AMD chipset drivers and the latest NVDIA WHQL. Checking the process to understand what happens.

I adjusted the options, yet FPS changes a lot even when using full settings, and the Resizable Bar remains active.

It's definitely a hassle, but a good opportunity to start over. I reinstalled Windows 11 using RUFUS on my 2009 Puter without any issues. Even without an SSD, it took under half an hour. Windows 11 handles most of the installation drudgery—just make sure you install the latest NVIDIA drivers and AMD chipsets for a smooth experience.

RAM speed determines performance, while the number of sticks affects capacity.
