It's feasible... issues with drivers are common, and you've already attempted several fixes. Swapping out the GPU seems reasonable even without certainty it will resolve the problem.
I think Win 11 handles drivers well, though there are still some annoying problems. The interface is really poor, though. As for drivers on Windows 10, it's not a big deal except possibly for the GPU—still, the version numbers don’t seem to matter much.
with 5600X you might want to OC them, it’s likely you’ll get good results if you enable XMP and switch the MHz from 3000 to 3200.
