Same here, but honestly I went for Nvidia. Still, I’m happy I suggested a Nvidia card for people building Fallout 4 or budget games, but modern titles are better.
It's quite an odd occurrence. Still, it remains a solid option.
We've been aware of Fallout 4 since August, and it's impossible they didn't have the chance to deliver something. They remain utterly silent on the matter, offering no acknowledgment or apology.
A few critics share negative screenshots, but I’m hoping the game stays positive despite this.
Sure, I understand. Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
I really enjoy GameWorks and appreciate the regular driver updates. Having a shield tablet makes it even more appealing. I’d love to see AMD release their own similar feature, as I highly recommend AMD and many friends have expressed interest in it.
Crimson aims to resolve the matter, yet my enthusiasm has faded since this interaction. Much of my irritation stems from the release of a driver update shortly after Fallout's launch, which created misleading expectations. It’s unacceptable not to inform customers about why their GPU struggles against more capable rivals or why we haven’t backed one of the year’s biggest game launches.
Gameworks holds a special place for me, and keeping driver updates handy is appreciated (I wasn’t aware they’re frequent). Understand, I’m not saying AMD is perfect, but it’s the best choice for me. When I recommend AMD, Nvidia comes into play; otherwise, Nvidia is the way to go. After this, I hope AMD supporters aren’t quick to dismiss Nvidia—though I’m not claiming it changes everything, just that maybe they’ll pause and think about it. This isn’t a blanket opinion, just my perspective on the matter.
