What version are you running on Windows 11? 24H2 Version 26100. xxxx ? If you keep an eye on the GPU while gaming, what power is it consuming? Oh wait, I just checked your Hardware.xxxx file—something seems off... I’m guessing GPU1 is the 9070 XT, right? Was that when in-game? Max GPU Utility: 44%, Max GPU Clock: 1399 MHz, Max GPU Board Power: 74W, Max GPU Voltage: 699 mV.
