Unlikely the DDR5-4800 will make much difference on this non-x3d processor. It would benefit greatly from maximum RAM speed, and the 4800c40 model is known for causing issues in games. Is the RAM compatible with any form factor? Or is it actually a separate 4800 kit?

Is this your first Windows setup? Did you download all the latest drivers from the motherboard site or relied on the Gigabyte Control Center? Were you adjusting any BIOS configurations for the PBO/CO chipset? Perfect if not.

New Windows 11 version is ready. All drivers are current, including GCC in Control Center. No changes made. System is fully functional.

This means you replaced the old Windows version with a fresh copy and it’s running smoothly now? It might have been a corrupted installation, so trying a new Windows version could also help.

I reinstalled Windows 11 using the ISO from Microsoft, but it slowed down. A formatted USB with Windows 11 also caused issues. Formatting installed Windows 10 without any problems.

Refreshing the software and checking for problems. All drivers work smoothly on Windows 10, but Windows 11 has some issues.
