I haven't used an AMD GPU before. Also, this PC was assembled by a Danish computer company called mm-vision. It came with Windows 11 already set up, but I switched to my own Windows 10 key, so all their configurations and driver settings were removed.

Sure! Just remove the NVIDIA drivers and any sound-related ones, and skip the AMD adjustments.

Additionally, you achieved a higher but still not excellent rating after completing the RAM test at userbenchmark.com.

You should also remove HD audio during the GPU uninstall process.

If you're experiencing sound problems via the ports on the motherboard or case, not through USB devices or HDMI, then it's likely an issue with those connections. Otherwise, I wouldn't be concerned.

It's a wireless HyperX headset—so I'll go with the GPU update and watch.

I completed all the steps you mentioned. First, I uninstalled with DDU, then reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers. Next, I changed the RAM from 2133 to 3600. The bar in terms of UserBenchmark helped a bit, though there are still some discrepancies regarding the GPU and SSD performance. You can review the results here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/56676123. I also checked the SSD and it seems fine.

Consider using a more accurate GPU test, such as Blender OpenData. If issues persist, return the GPU to the manufacturer for repair if a refund isn't possible, and purchase a replacement.
