Actually, it's not really about games. I haven't found anything enjoyable to play. The interface is much worse than before. Don't overlook the spying nonsense, but Oshino Shinobu might be onto something—wait until most issues are resolved.

It indicates the installation is complete, so avoid installing it. To remove it, delete the folder at C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download; this will remove it from your HDD and require re-downloading.
