Lower the settings to a gentle level. Turn off anti-aliasing and set the resolution to 110. This adjustment is made since the game appears slightly blurry.

It's possible, but not very good. I once owned a GTX 950, and while Warzone worked there, the overall experience wasn't great, even when running at lower settings.

It seems your GTX 980 struggles to hit 60-70 FPS, suggesting a lower performance of around 950/1050. That doesn’t look very smooth.
