Oh, well we're talking about entirely different things then. Obviously there isn't anything you can do about that, but you can definitely lower the load on the CPU by disabling certain physics-related visuals. I have no idea what options are available for BF1, but if any of the graphics are CPU related, they should be disabled. And just because, try switching between DX11 and DX12 to see if it makes a difference.
