It seems your performance is consistently around 1 FPS in low settings. Let's see if we can improve it. Your hardware includes a Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti, Ryzen 7 7800X3D, and a 2GB of 6000mhz memory. The issue might be related to the game's settings or driver configuration. Check if you're using the latest drivers for your GPU and consider adjusting in-game settings like resolution, anti-aliasing, or frame rate limits. If the problem persists, sharing a screenshot of the game's lows could help identify the cause.

I believe brief interruptions, particularly during startup and loading phases, are fine, and that's what makes a 0.1% impact noticeable. How often do you encounter such lows?

It's frustrating, particularly in Rainbow Six Siege where it often cost me my life. Plus, my 1% and 0.1% lows seem pretty consistent across all matches.

It seems like you're experiencing some issues. When did this begin? Is your system running too large? What does your task manager appear to look like? Please don't mention having active programs open during the stutters. The background behavior of Windows, like updates, can cause delays. Do the games you play pre-compile their shaders? Are you running low on video memory (the image you uploaded doesn't seem to be)? You might try starting the game with the highest priority in the task manager.

It seems the system has been running these three main apps—Discord, Opera, and sometimes Steamworks—most of the time. The games load their shaders ahead of time. I haven’t run out of VRAM, but trying to run it with top priority didn’t improve performance.

You didn't specify your storage drive. Is it sufficient speed? Do you notice this issue often across the games you play? Consider tweaking Windows a bit to improve performance.

I own a Gen 5 crucial T700 2tb and a Kingston KC3000 1tb. I've used them in almost every game so far.

Are you connecting G-sync? You might want to try without it to check for problems. Also, keep in mind not to use v-sync when G-sync is active.

I checked it with both options and the results were identical. I’m not sure if this is typical, but whenever I switch tabs back into MSSI afterburner for a moment, my memory and GPU clocks appear at their maximum.
