I'm really sorry about that. I didn't remember to disable them before, and I didn't want extra clutter on the screen. I'll create a fresh version now.

I don't understand the origin of those 1 or 3 FPS drops. The spikes on the graphs likely indicate loading, which matches the simultaneous increase in CPU and memory usage. That would mean 3 FPS at 300ms, yet it only occurred three times, so it shouldn't mean a steady 3 FPS at 1% or 0.1%. Most of the time you're around 10ms with occasional spikes over 40ms, which isn't good if it happens during important moments since it drops below 30 FPS. These spikes happen at the same rate as the larger ones, suggesting they start right after loading when you begin playing. I'm unsure what's causing it, but I recommend disabling Windows Fast Startup—it previously caused similar problems for me and my friend. Restart your PC afterward to see if it helps.

You might also try limiting your FPS to about 200 (assuming you were benched from that game) and check if stability improves. V-Sync is necessary for G-Sync to function correctly, but you can run G-Sync without it; however, some tearing might still appear, especially at the bottom of the screen. Enabling V-Sync won't add extra lag when paired with G-Sync, and Free-Sync works the same way.

I plan to attempt g-sync with v-sync once I’m back home. So far, the FPS cap didn’t make a difference. Perhaps adjusting it to match my monitor’s refresh rate could help.

Based on my observations, I notice more input lag in certain situations. Capping the frame rate seems to help. I haven't checked this recently, so it could be useful in other titles as well.
