Check the changes I made: VRAM is running low. All MSI Aero ITX and Gigabyte ITX models support from 1050 Ti 4GB up to 1070 8GB. Evga and Zotac Mini 1060 6GB cards are compatible too.

I began using BF1 and am consistently achieving over 100 fps at minimum 70 on ultra with high settings. Appreciate the help. After installing new drivers everything worked smoothly.
