Consider shifting the PC to another part of the room; if it keeps tripping the breaker, try a different power supply. If that doesn’t work, it may be wise to contact an electrician.

where did you purchase it? onlise stoes store your buying history, there is the receipt. if you got the psu from a nearby shop, you could let them know the date it was bought (around), the time (around what time) and what you purchased, and ask if they have a receipt for you.

Maybe the issue isn't with you, it could be a bad PSU generating excessive RF noise, or a faulty breaker, or multiple breakers being overloaded. The wiring might be incorrect, causing the PSU to fail instead of tripping the breaker.

It seems the system reports 12V_ATX at the connector. You removed the power supply and started it without any issues.

I can help you understand how to conduct the paper clip test on the PSU. Please let me know if you need instructions or clarification on the procedure.

Have you checked the main cable for any issues and replaced it? The PSU isn’t fully ready until the paper clip test is done. This matches exactly what I said. If your main cable is faulty, remove the connectors immediately for safety and dispose of them properly.

No harm detected on the cable; I'll handle it with a paper clip tomorrow.

online transactions keep a record of your purchases. if you purchased something at a nearby store, you might call them and mention you don’t have the receipt, asking if they can retrieve an old one. as long as it’s not too recent and they haven’t removed the records for any reason (unlikely unless there’s a system change), they should be able to provide a copy.
