You could purchase an affordable all-in-one air cooler such as the LF III and install any fans you prefer based on your location. In certain areas, you might find decent discounts on ASUS and Deepcool models that look good.

Yes, it indicates a significantly lower temperature compared to the 5800x3d setting.

I used a Ryzen 7700x with PBO and -30 Curve Optimizer. My 9800X3D handles 10x Scalar, PBO, and -25 Curve Optimizer with manual overclock on the cores. I still experience temperatures between 70-85°C during intense gaming, which is manageable at 30% fan speed, and the system stays quiet while running smoothly. My Fractal Torrent improves airflow significantly.

That's correct. I was considering Zen 4.

Your issue seems to come from a combination of a weak 240W power supply and insufficient airflow. Since your CPU is using 90-120W, consider lowering the voltage first. If that doesn’t help, address the airflow problem in your case.

I understand. The power your CPU uses doesn't match its temperature readings, no matter what others say.

The process seems smooth, but I'm checking for any overlooked details. I double-checked the alignment and tightening steps to ensure everything is correct.

I understand the issue clearly. What might be leading to this significant power consumption?

I got a -10 on the BIOS, and everything looks stable. The temperature and power usage seem a bit improved. I’m not sure why I idle at 60°C, but it might indicate a cooling problem.
