It's a fairly flawed game. Even on the consoles, getting ultra details on single cards is almost impossible while keeping smooth and consistent frame rates.

Located the origin of my 20 frames per second. Even though the mofos was just a few blocks from the cathedral, it was still displayed. That shows how poor the optimization is.

I really dislike the term "graphics." It feels like talking about visuals to someone who only cares about the look and doesn’t understand the details.

With a high-end GPU (780,780Ti, 290x290, 970,980), performance is great. Lower specifications will cause poor performance.
