All ultra options look great. While playing, I notice 45-60 frames per second cuts and scenes drop to 30, which is around 980. Reducing AA brings you close to a solid 60 but still has some drops.
Your GPU is running at nearly full capacity while the CPU is still underutilized. That’s what I mean by a bottleneck.
