Which BIOS version do you have installed? A driver update is available for the latest BIOS release. You can check the gigabyte website for details. I own the same motherboard, but I've overclocked my 2666 DDR4 to 3000 MHz at 1.35V and it's working fine. I'm also planning to attempt manual overclocking and set the RAM to 3000 to see if stability is maintained.
