AB350m gigabyte gaming 3 – assistance guide
Hello brothers and sisters, I have question for you... Well I didn't update BIOS AB350m gigabyte gaming 3 drivers long time ago... Last time I had a problem that I had Corsair Vengeance RED 2x8gb 3200mhz rams and I couldn't run them full power at max 3200mhz. It is still the same or they now support 3200mhz ? or still nothing ? Cause I want to use my rams at full power, because they use now 2133 mhz performance.
Sure, I can explain voltage. It’s the measure of electric potential difference that determines how much energy flows through a circuit. For unlocking devices like the 3200MHz model, you’ll need the correct voltage level to ensure proper operation. Check the manufacturer’s specifications for the exact value required.
Check the processor you're using. Update it to the newest BIOS compatible with your motherboard. Then apply the XMP profile in the BIOS; it should adjust the speed to 3200 if the RAM supports it.
I own a Ryzen 1600 processor. My RAM is Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB red at 3200MHz. When I purchased the PC it felt like 2017 summer, and I attempted to maximize performance with those RAMs but it didn’t work. I recall AB350m gigabyte gaming 3 should be compatible with 3200MHz RAM, perhaps they issued updates for that?
I changed the BIOS drivers and increased the RAM speed from 2133mhz to 3200mhz. When I set the XMP profile to 3200mhz, Windows crashed and displayed an error. The maximum boost available at that time was 2933mhz. Could you have any suggestions?
Try increasing the voltage to 1.4v; it might resolve the issue.
Sure, I'll proceed with 1.35 as requested. Let me know if you need any adjustments!
