A little glitch with my mouse pointer
It should be part of the signal going to your screen. The graphics card isn't sending it out, so it's not being shown on the screen, but both monitors are showing it. In the old days I would blame the monitor or the cable. That probably isn't happening. Your mouse might be interfering with the display picture. It is something I don't know about well. I am not expecting you to reply here, but please post this issue on this community page: https://community.amd.com/t5/graphics-ca...iscussions because if they are not aware, they will never fix it properly. Maybe the drivers are part of the problem too. I have seen this happen before and go back and forth in years. Updating the drivers might stop this from happening. I know a newer version was released recently, the Adrenalin 23.11.1. Could you try that? Have you tried using another mouse?
No, not really. I don't have any better mice, so when my old ones stop clicking right, I just keep buying the exact same model. Maybe I should check that website to see if anyone else has had this problem and might know something.
Right now nobody really knows what is going on because this usually does not show up often enough to find out its real cause. Both USB and the graphics card (GPU) are connected to the same controller chip inside the motherboard, so it might be that a signal from the computer is interfering with the picture being shown on the screen. It isn't fixed by changing parts like hardware because it doesn't happen when you turn off all programs (safe mode). It also doesn't show up in typical screenshots, which means the graphics card isn't actually doing the rendering itself. Something is stuck between them. Is this a bug that only comes from AMD or Microsoft?
