Hello, I wanted to share a recent negative experience I had with EA Live support. After trying to install Battlefield 1, I became confused because the game was asking for more space than it should require according to its system requirements. Here’s the chat transcript if you’d like to review it. I’m definitely not impressed and plan to provide feedback on their feedback page.

This seems like a bot. It's hard to grasp how support works, especially for older users who aren't familiar with gaming or computers. It feels like Indian tech help.

I'm really surprised too! I just wish you weren't mentioning me like that.

That's not relevant, just a casual remark.

It seems the system needs at least 50GB. You might want to replace your HDD or consider a larger drive. Your OCD won’t let you keep red drives. What size drive do you have now? You could also remove unused games to make space.

I only have a 128GB PCI-E M.2 NVMe storage device, and the sole other game I often play is already installed. It’s likely I’ll need to buy a budget ADATA 120GB SSD for £21 to accommodate more upcoming titles.

Determine if the device is a laptop or desktop. Note that storage capacity alone doesn't indicate the type—games will affect performance regardless of form factor.

Sure, I got a 240GB V series SSD for a reasonable price and I'm planning to use it for gaming.

Great news! You're now able to save up to three or four games (possibly more, depending on the game's size).
