Once I complete the installation of Battlefield 1, it becomes clear that EA's servers are offline...
EA made me leave when they banned me permanently on SWTOR instead of addressing the problem. Since the game was lagging, buffering constantly, and fast forwarding was happening, I have no positive feedback about them. It’s a shame I couldn’t try some games because they control the copyrights/access.
They might ask you to appeal a random life ban on their site. https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/i...-accounts/ I’m puzzled why they would ban you for seeking technical help, since there’s no reason they could provide.
I was chatting with SWTOR support and they told me about a life ban without any real explanation. I had already shared my concerns about problems in the game, but the reply was a permanent ban. This seems to have happened soon after the game became available for free play from memory. I can still visit the site, but not the game or its official page, even though they still send me alerts. Now I just can’t stand it anymore—there are better options out there.
