The temperatures could rise over the next five years unless you make adjustments, as the paste may dry out. You shouldn’t notice more than a slight increase each year, but sudden spikes suggest it’s time to reapply paste. For now, it should stay stable enough for at least a few years. I’m currently using a 7800X3D at -30°C with a thermalright frost commander 140 in a pull configuration—slightly below optimal. I’ll share my readings under semi-idle, gaming load, and benchmark if I have one downloaded, so you can compare.

I've been using the 7800X3D with a Deepcool AK620 for almost two years. The temperatures I've recorded have stayed between 68-75 degrees, with no signs of rising. I've noticed many users focusing too much on temps while ignoring other feedback. Just keep playing and enjoy!

Low idle mode, fan control active, Discord and Steam running alongside, plus some background tasks like Steam, adrenaline, and Razer Synapse. It’s mostly quiet, just basic activity on my PC. About ten minutes of Arunud and a battle in Clair Obscur, trying to let it warm up for a full 10-minute Cinebench R24 test. For comparison, I scored 1075 points with the same setup plus Discord, Steam, and Chrome running later.

d15 isn't the top choice for cooling, and keeping it cool at 80°C works just fine. Running cooler by lowering the voltage shouldn't hurt performance. Adding a battery fan curve could help, and swapping to a more efficient fan might be a good idea if you need even lower temps.

I experienced a slight drop in temperature on my 360mm AIO today, planning to log readings this evening for further analysis.
