I was really looking forward to checking if the new cooler would be the answer I hadn’t considered for spaces. Can I take off that heavy cover from the motherboard? I can’t hold it in anymore 😂

That's the VRM heatsink. You can keep it in place. If you can, move the fan about a millimeter or two to the side, but it seems to fit well without changes.

I'm not able to push harder, that's all I can manage. If I wish, I could try to make the screw work so it fixes about half of it. I even took out one screw from the inner corner of the CPU cooler fan and repositioned it.

I noticed the component near the back. Perhaps you could attempt adjusting the fit by removing some material to close the gap, leaving just those two screws out. I wouldn't suggest taking off the VRM heatsink unless necessary. If possible, consider bottom or side mounting to fully resolve the problem.
