Thanks for checking in! I’m curious about what you’re observing. It seems like frames might appear to drop even when they shouldn’t, which could be explained by logs showing solid frame rates but short timestamps around 9–11ms. That timing range doesn’t match the actual events.

The only thing that comes to mind is a software glitch, perhaps a driver problem, that isn’t working well with hardware reporting. I’ve heard many hardware monitors lose features after Zen 3 was released until the fixes were applied.

They can reach up to 4.6 under load, but 4.6GHz isn't the standard base frequency for all cores. If you're pushing OCCT on every core, it's great you're not hitting the full base clock of 3.7 or even closer. Achieving 4.3 across all cores while using OCCT is more than satisfactory.

It's typical for core speeds to drop when switching to higher frequency RAM like 3600MHz Cl16 compared to lower frequencies such as 2666MHz CL20.

The situation is uncertain. Boost clocks for Ryzen depend on temperature and power usage. Without overclocking or adjusting protections, it will keep increasing until overheating or excessive power is reached. Higher memory speeds add more load on the controller, raising temps and possibly power use as well. This might force clocks to settle back to target levels. There was a method (or at least in older models) to adjust power limits, removing restrictions so performance is only constrained by temperature. I don’t recall if this feature exists in Ryzen Master or requires BIOS changes. I remember that any overclocking in Ryzen Master immediately removed the power cap.

The FPS counter stays consistent across logs and during gameplay, indicating no real FPS drops. Latency reports are still being received even though the system remains stable. It might be worth checking if the newest NVidia drivers are compatible with your 5600x graphics card.
