Note that this occurs with the Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO model, and it happens regardless of the power plan selected. I attempted High Performance mode to rule out that cause, as it was suggested by some users, but the issue persists across all plans. Simply switching between power profiles can resolve it temporarily.**

Have you adjusted your power configurations? Using balanced settings shouldn't affect a 3950X model.

This suggests the board isn't providing sufficient power, possibly due to weak voltage output from the CPU.
