But if this was a power delivery problem why would it happen at the start at random times and gets fixed permanently by switching power plans and never happens again? (unless you restart the computer and then it may or not happen) I will try flashing bios to latest version. Anyone can point me to the right file? I don want to flash it with the wrong bios.

It seems the system is likely running either Windows or the board, not BIOS. Have you completed a full reinstall of Windows?

I don't recall but I believe I did once. It's Windows 10 Enterprise LTSE.

Always check for a BIOS update when problems occur. There’s a good reason newer versions are available.

I'll attempt to update the BIOS. Could someone share the link to the most recent one for this motherboard? That way I can avoid any mistakes with the wrong file.

No? You're right about the board you use—there are usually updates, and a single wrong letter could change everything. Just look up the exact model you have, visit the Gigabyte website, and download the right BIOS. I'm not searching a BIOS that might damage the board because of a missed letter or missing revision info. By the way, the cpuz report says "x.x"—don't worry, CPU can sometimes misidentify things. Just keep in mind it might not be perfect, and it can easily get confused with similar models. Ideally, you should have the motherboard packaging, as it usually gives the precise details and name.

I'll begin the investigation. However, do you have the latest CPU firmware update?

The BIOS checksums match for both hardware updates on the X570 Aorus Pro. You’re using F11 with version F39d, and you’re roughly 12 AGESA revisions ahead. Begin with the first one.

Avoid using any CPU firmware. Get the newest version from Gigabyte's site—specifically the Aorus X570 Pro page. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X57...rt-dl-bios Prepare a USB flash drive and format it to FAT32. Extract the BIOS file from the download. Paste the file directly into the newly created empty USB drive. Insert the USB in and enter BIOS settings, then choose Q-Flash.
