Many users are still using 32-bit processors, and you can't simply replace that support. (Also, systems with limited RAM are common.) W10 also offers a 32-bit version.

Works with systems that support 32-bit operating systems. Older hardware is no longer compatible, and 32-bit programs need a 64-bit environment to function.
