I chose it and saved, then exited, but it didn’t work. Also, what does 2400mhz look like in the gray box? I believe it’s restricted or limited somehow.

You wouldn't want to do this. If you don't set the timings then the board isn't going to set them to what you want. Strong chance the board will set them higher than XMP would.
