It might be several things... Are the power connectors connected, have you connected all the required ones? Is the power supplied to the PSU active? Do you have a dedicated GPU... did you connect the cables to it? Have you installed too many risers under the motherboard that aren't in use? These could damage the system. Did you lose any screws? That might also cause a short. Did you connect the power switch to the correct pins on the front header? From what I understand, the initial boot on AM4/AM5 can be slow. If fans are spinning, wait a bit longer. If not, it’s likely a bigger issue.
You might also consider updating the BIOS if your CPU is outdated and your motherboard isn’t equipped to handle it. It seems your system can upgrade the BIOS even when it’s not fully powered on.
Supports 128GB RAM nicely, but installing 4x DDR5 at 6000MHz is quite challenging, especially reaching 6400MHz—it’s really tough!
Have you attempted using only two sticks? Begin fresh during testing. Test two, verify everything functions properly, then attempt to include the next two. The requirement for 128GB of RAM with a gaming CPU seems unclear to me.
