From the data you've shared, it appears the bottleneck is around 2.5Gbps. What cables are in use—DAC or RJ45 transceivers? If you link the two 10G NICs directly with manual IP assignment and re-run the tests, will performance improve?

I just removed and reinstalled the drivers through Device Manager. I’d visit the Mellanox website and download the newest drivers for the NIC (they might appear as Win8.1 files, though they functioned with my ConnectX-2s). What RAM slot is installed on your motherboard?

The system with Windows only has a single PCI-E 16X slot, while the TrueNAS unit is in the other slot. I plan to check the drivers. The cables I'm using are OM3-LC-LC cables in Aqua Green color.
