You can review my previous interactions if you wish. The stuttering has appeared over many years, yet I haven’t fully restored the build—I just keep adding and removing things. My idea is that one part is harming another, and whenever I install something new it fails. The stuttering is intense and impacts all games. The frame time graphs make it obvious, while others don’t face the same problem even with similar hardware.

they're solid choices—tomahawk max, mortar, pro 4, pro vdh max, and a pro are all decent. The b550 is also worth mentioning; it's a nice upgrade compared to the tomahawk mag.
