Because your system is quite old, the temperatures are probably high. Which games are you running?

I ran CSGO on an i7 920 and R380 without any problems. It seems the other person's PC is likely more recent.

Lol, seems like he's trying to get 1440p, but I'm not sure. He's using a Q6600 and an HD3650. If he decides to go for a console version because he doesn't want others to help him fix things, it's a bit confusing. What should I do?

Bru yall are still on specs and resolution, that isnt it. I play this game for 5 years on the same pc. There is a bigger problem here with all of my games. not 1440p or any crap. Never changed my settings. If you want to know, my pc is the same as yesterday

Yes, 0 fps represents a static frame, not motion.

Your hardware details are completely fine. GPU usage is exactly what you need. I’m talking about an i5 processor, not a problem. And the temperatures are just a bit higher than usual. No hidden backdoors or malware detected.

Core i5 4590, I haven’t seen any suspicious software. I attempted a scan with Malwarebytes yesterday, but no threats were detected. I have two HDDs, though I’m unsure if they’re scanned for malware. The temperatures dropped from around 40 to 65, which isn’t extreme. The fans are running normally, and browsing is fine. I suspect malware might be the cause, but I don’t know how to verify it since it seems obvious.

Set up Spybot S&D and execute a complete system scan.

I'll handle it. I'm not sure where these viruses originate, honestly.
