I'm busy with other tasks. I tested the app and found some minor issues that didn't seem too serious. After fixing things, the program stopped crashing completely. When I tried CSGO, it kept dropping frames occasionally, about every 20 seconds. It's still not smooth, but it doesn't freeze all the time. I also saw a message saying "Failed to open vpk file" and pointed out where the file was located.

Repeat the process again. It should resolve the problems, aside from the crash. Reinstall all multimedia drivers, including GPU and sound cards. Use DDU for the GPU driver. Just launch it—don’t need to use safe mode.

Based on my observations, DDU doesn't work well in safe mode, but it does in normal mode. It seems more effective to try twice for certain issues, though sometimes the first attempt isn't enough. The developer from Wagnardsoft strongly advises using safe mode for this program, and he likely has the best insight.
