They provided the router with their own software that blocks bridge mode. You can try unlocking it or flashing the default firmware if you want to regain full functionality. Regarding the CRC errors, setting it to bridge mode won’t automatically fix them—your ISP may have disabled the feature for stability.

It’s likely the rental ISP equipment doesn’t permit firmware changes, which may break your agreement and lead to legal issues. Check with them first—if they refuse, avoid attempting modifications.
