Your Zoostorm L12 is showing issues after booting up. It passes the ASUS logo, displays a loading circle, then goes blank before flashing an error like "me downgrade failed." You’ve checked the latest BIOS from ASUS but keep getting "Selected file is not a proper BIOS." Try updating to the latest version from ASUS support or contact their help desk for further assistance.

Which ASUS motherboard do you have? Avoid picking a random BIOS file. After downloading, unzip the compressed .ZIP file first. It's not advised to flash it via the operating system; copying it to a blank USB stick and updating through UEFI/BIOS is safer.

I've changed the BIOS settings on my Asus H110M-R and the issue persists. The system displays the ASUS logo, then boots into Windows, showing a loading indicator before becoming unresponsive. The backlight remains active, and pressing Win+Ctrl+Shift+B results in a black screen with the backlight still on.
