Hi everyone, I'm facing a problem with my PowerPoint presentation that includes videos. When I tried using the "share audio" and "optimize for videoclips" options, nothing worked. I'm wondering what other steps I could take to resolve this issue.

Click the tiny speaker icon typically found in the lower right corner of the screen.
This action will display a window with 4 or 5 options related to audio.
Each option will guide you through various Windows, Tabs, and properties connected to audio settings.
Check the existing audio configuration to see if everything matches your expectations.
If not, investigate further to identify what adjustments are necessary.
Avoid making changes right away.
Review your current settings first, then make modifications gradually, noting each change (from negative to positive) and the location of the adjustment.
