After completing significant repairs on my laptop, I am now trying to reinstall my previous version of Zoom. However, I’m facing an issue because I can’t remember my sign-in password. I’ve asked Zoom repeatedly to send me a link via email so I can update it, but what I receive is just the usual sign-in page. This means I can’t change my password and must proceed with the login again. It’s a frustrating loop.
Not surprising, the assistance I get from Zoom is confusing and unhelpful.
My laptop uses Windows 10 and I use Chrome for email.
Forum guidelines forbid help with these issues.
It is impossible to fully understand the situation here.
You should only continue trying to reach out and collaborate via Zoom.

An alternative could be to remove Zoom entirely, reinstall it, and start fresh with a new account.
