Hey there. I'm not sure if this forum is the best spot for this question, but I'm really looking for help. My girlfriend enjoys playing Planet Zoo in Franchise mode. However, after we moved to a new apartment, the game starts losing connection to the server every 5 to 10 minutes. I ran a ping test to google.com with 1000 requests and 600-byte packages, and everything worked fine. I've reset the router twice without success. Could anyone suggest a solution or an alternative way to figure out what's going on? Thanks.
