Zero network adapters compatible with Windows 10 are available.
Hello!
I’ve been searching extensively for a solution to my issue, but so far I haven’t found the right answer. Recently, I cleaned and wiped a brand new PC, then reinstalled Windows 10 using the Media Creation Tool on a USB drive. However, when trying to connect to the internet—either via Ethernet or Wi-Fi—it doesn’t appear or function properly. After some investigation, I noticed that all my network adapters seem missing (the folder is completely empty) and in the Device Manager, devices under “Other Devices” appear to be missing drivers without any details on what they require.
Just to confirm, I still have the Ethernet cable plugged in, but nothing shows up. I’ve tried various methods, yet nothing seems to work. Before this installation, both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections worked.
Thank you for your help!

Install the chipset and network drivers next. They can be found on the motherboard maker's site.
And if there are still unidentified devices, you'll also require the Serial IO drivers.
