I chose the R7 7700X and an ASRock X670E Pro M.2 to pair with it, and everything seems to be set up correctly. But when I insert my GPU into the system, it powers on but doesn’t boot at all. I tested it in my previous PC and it worked fine, so maybe it’s a BIOS issue that needs updating. Anyone have suggestions?

We just started with a brand new system, and it's still learning its way. Early adoption means dealing with some challenges as we move forward. I used the flashback feature to update to version 1.07 (1.08 is still in testing) on my X670E Taichi, and everything looks good except for the Sleep setting when EXPO is turned on. To keep track of what works and what doesn’t, I follow these communities: https://www.reddit.com/r/ASRock/, https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/, https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/.

It seems the problem stemmed from using a display that requires DP 1.4 and an older Nvidia 10-series card, which needed updates via GeForce Experience to function properly.
